Broker and marketplace role
Tesni, LLC (Tesni Capital) is a business-lending broker and marketplace. We are not a direct lender, bank or credit union. We do not approve, deny, fund or service loans. All credit decisions, rates, fees and loan terms are determined by the third-party lender that reviews your file.
No offer to lend
Nothing on this website is an offer to lend, a commitment to lend, or a guarantee of approval. Any offer is made only by a lender, in writing, after underwriting and due diligence.
Rates, fees and credit requirements
We do not publish interest rates. Pricing and fees vary by lender, loan program, property type, loan-to-value, credit profile, collateral, market conditions and other factors. Credit requirements also vary by lender and program; there is no single credit-score cutoff. A program that fits one borrower may not fit another.
Compensation
Tesni, LLC may receive compensation from a lender when a loan closes. Compensation arrangements do not change the lender's credit decision. We do not charge an upfront fee to submit an inquiry through this website. Third-party fees, if any, are disclosed by the lender.
Business-purpose financing
The financing described on this site is for business and investment purposes. It is not a consumer mortgage solicitation and is not intended for primary-residence lending. Property and business eligibility rules apply.
Information accuracy
We work to keep program descriptions accurate, but program guidelines change. Loan amounts, LTV, terms and eligibility shown on this site are summaries, not lender commitments. Confirm current terms with the lender and with your own advisors.
Reviews and testimonials
We do not publish client names, quotes or testimonials unless we have written permission and can verify the engagement. Where reviews are shown in the future, they will be attributable and not edited to change their meaning.
